About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual SAP Consultant with a strong foundation in SAP Basis Administration and excellent Japanese–English (or other language) communication skills .

The role involves system administration, technical coordination, and bridging between offshore and on-site teams to ensure smooth SAP operations and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SAP Basis administration tasks including installation, configuration, system copy, upgrade, and performance tuning.
• Monitor and manage SAP landscapes (ECC, S / 4HANA, BW, PI / PO, Solution Manager, etc.).
• Handle user administration , transport management , and system performance optimization .
• Coordinate between Japanese-speaking clients and technical teams , providing clear communication and documentation.
• Support system refreshes, patch management, and troubleshooting activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation in English and Japanese.
• Ensure compliance with security, backup, and system audit policies .
• Provide 24x7 on-call support during system go-lives or major activities when required.
