we are hiring for #Sales_Executive with experience in client handling, architect coordination, and construction material knowledge.
Key Responsibilities :
Visit clients to pitch and sell residential property units.
Represent the company and promote our construction
Conduct field visits and accompany clients to project sites.
Handle in-office tasks such as lead management, documentation, and follow-ups.
Generate new leads / do follow ups / manage existing clients / visit new clients / do meetings with architect
Meet with architects, interior designers, and consultants to build business relationships and pitch our projects for future collaborations.
Represent the company in professional meetings with stakeholders related to construction material or design specifications.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to offer customized solutions.
Keep updated records of meetings, client feedback, and lead conversion progress.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and construction material innovation
Requirements :
Female / Male candidates
experience in real estate sales, construction company, or architecture liaison work
Good understanding of construction material and technical sales language (preferred)
Comfortable with field work and professional meetings
Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English)
Presentable personality and confident in client interaction
Ability to work independently
Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
Exposure to both sales and professional networking (architects, consultants)
