Senior Technical Analyst Job Description

This role involves working on a highly visible CRM implementation project with aggressive timelines.

The ideal candidate should be able to hit the ground running on day one, querying databases, performing data validations and testing, writing test cases and scenarios, and conducting regression testing.

The individual will work closely with business data stewards to understand requirements and create system requirement specs for developers. They must also review designs, provide feedback, ensure defects are solved and closed after retesting, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• 7+ years of experience in Data Analysis
• Strong experience in data validation, testing, and accuracy
• 7+ years of experience in SQL and PL / SQL
• Experience in Master Data Management (Customer domain)
• Fluent English and effective stakeholder communication
