Job Description

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant (Learning Module) , you will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and consulting for Oracle Cloud HCM Learning solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, provide expert guidance, and deliver robust and scalable HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (minimum 3 end-to-end projects).

Analyze business requirements related to the Learning module and translate them into functional specifications and configurations.

Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Learning solutions.

Conduct client workshops for requirement gathering, design, configuration, and testing.

Provide best-practice recommendations and functional consulting expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Support integrations with Core HR and other HCM modules.

Prepare functional documentation, design workbooks, and test scripts.

Work with technical teams to guide on integrations, conversions, and reports .

Handle data migration from legacy systems using HDL, HCM Extracts, and data conversion tools .

Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and data-related issues.

Collaborate effectively with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders.

Provide mentorship and leadership within the functional team.

Mandatory Skills

• 8–15 years of total experience with at least 8 years in HCM domain
• Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Implementations
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Learning Module
• Solid understanding of Learning data flow and integration with Core HR
• Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Integrations, and Data Conversion
• Excellent consulting, client-facing, and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong leadership, planning, and follow-up capabilities

Preferred Skills

Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Learning or Core HR

Experience working in a global delivery model

Exposure to additional HCM modules
