Role – Business Development Manager – Ortho Rehabilitation Product Sales Experience: 6–10 Years Role: Sales & Team Handling Job Description We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Ortho Rehabilitation products to lead the sales team, drive business growth, and expand the market for orthopedic rehabilitation products. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets. Develop and implement sales strategies for Ortho Rehabilitation Products . Manage sales of products such as Knee Caps, Knee Braces, Lumbar Belts, Cervical Collars, Ankle Supports, Wrist Supports, and other orthopedic rehabilitation products . Build strong relationships with orthopedic doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, dealers, and distributors. Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage. Monitor team performance, sales targets, market trends, and competitor activities. Conduct regular field visits and support the team in closing business opportunities. Manage dealer/distributor networks and ensure product availability. Prepare sales reports and provide regular business updates to management. Candidate Profile Experience in Orthopedic Rehabilitation Sales. Strong team handling and leadership experience . Excellent product knowledge of Ortho Rehabilitation products , especially knee caps, braces, supports, belts, and related products. Strong network with orthopedic doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, dealers, and distributors . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
