About the Role

We are looking for motivated Client Success Engineers with a strong interest in customer support, project coordination, troubleshooting, and software services. The ideal candidate should have good technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role combines Customer Project Management, Technical Customer Support, Customer Training, Reporting, and Data Project activities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Project Management

• Review customer orders to ensure all required information is available.
• Complete the Discovery phase and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare project plans and provide regular project status reports.
• Coordinate resources to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.

Customer Service & Technical Support

• Handle customer calls and resolve escalated customer cases.
• Resolve issues escalated by First Level Support within defined timelines.
• Provide effective solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Log all customer activities and case-related information.
• Document problems and resolutions through Knowledge base Articles.
• Create and modify Crystal Reports as required.

Customer Training

• Plan and deliver customer training remotely or onsite.
• Conduct product demonstrations and trials for customers.
• Prepare presentations and training videos for complex functionalities.
• Provide training and knowledge support to First Level Support teams.

Reporting & Management

• Prepare regular daily and weekly reports for management.
• Track project status, customer issues, and service activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Data Projects

• Analyze requirements and prepare project specifications.
• Perform data setup based on defined specifications.
• Support code/release testing and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with defined standards and processes.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Mathematics.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer support, software support, technical support, or client success.
• Strong computer and technical aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical, research, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer-oriented approach.
