Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Experience: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Preference: Females only About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy AI Executive Assistant to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The role combines traditional executive support with the use of AI tools and automation to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and manage day-to-day business priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage senior leadership calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries. Manage emails, correspondence, meeting agendas, and follow-ups. Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and business documentation. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Track action items and ensure timely closure of deliverables. Conduct research and support leadership with business-related information and analysis. Use AI tools to assist with research, drafting, summarization, documentation, and productivity. Identify repetitive tasks and explore opportunities for automation and process improvement. Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination. Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive business matters with discretion. Manage multiple priorities and provide proactive support in a dynamic work environment. Desired Profile 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Executive Business Partner, or Founder's Office professional . Experience supporting a Founder, CEO, CXO, or senior leadership is strongly preferred. Strong calendar, travel, meeting, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong follow-up and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace . Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms . Exposure to automation or workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, Notion AI, or similar tools will be an advantage. Startup experience and an entrepreneurial mindset will be preferred. Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days are preferred.
