Regional Head - Channel Sales

Job Description

The role of a Regional Head - Channel Sales, would involve overseeing and driving Channel Sales strategies in Metro locations. The role involves managing Channel Partners, driving Sales growth, and leading a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets. To build a strong influence over the Real Estate network for that respective city. Shall be accountable to maintain the brand image of the company by appropriate code of conduct.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Manage a team across multiple cities.

● Ensuring performance targets are met.

● Providing coaching and guidance.

● Strategise Channel Sales.

● Develop and execute sales strategies.

● Drive revenue and market penetration in each city.

● Identify, Onboard, and manage new Channel Partners (Eg Developers, Builders).

● Drive business development and expansion.

● Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

● Achieve Regional Sales Targets.

● Optimize sales performance through effective tracking and reporting.

● Willingness to travel within the region

Expertise and Qualification:

● Post Graduation or Graduate in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA Preferred)

● 9-14 years in Channel Sales Management in Real Estate (Residential/commercial)

● Good connects with the Channel Partners and End Customers Alike

● Keep the team highly motivated and target-driven

● Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business

● Proven ability to manage sales team and channel partners across multiple regions

● Strong leadership, business development and negotiation skills

● Proficient in CRM tools and sales forecasting
