About the role

Moring AI builds enterprise AI that runs in production for regulated industries, financial services and other compliance-heavy organizations. We ship AI applications, and agents live inside our customers' own cloud environments, integrated with the systems they already run, not slideware, not demos.

We're early-stage, lean, and profitable, so the work you do reaches serious enterprises fast.

Enterprise AI has a reputation for being dry. Your job is to prove it doesn't have to be. We're hiring a Social Media Manager - Enterprise AI Brand to make B2B marketing genuinely fun, to turn how Moring builds governed, production-grade AI for regulated enterprises into content people actually stop and watch. You'll own our presence on Facebook and Instagram end to end: concept, produce, publish, and measure.

This is a creator's role with a builder's ownership. You'll write, shoot, and edit short-form video and visual content, run the publishing calendar, and use analytics to double down on what works. You don't need to be an AI expert; you need to be curious enough to make complex enterprise topics feel human and clear and worth sharing and driven enough to grow our brand from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Own the channels end to end. Run Moring's Facebook and Instagram presence, strategy, calendar, publishing, and community, with full ownership of the output.

• Create and produce content. Concept, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, and visual posts that turn enterprise AI topics into content people want to watch and share.

• Make B2B fun. Find the human, surprising, and clear angle in technical subjects, governed AI, agents, cost, security, and give the brand a voice that stands out in a dry category.

• Run the publishing engine. Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar, adapt formats to each platform, and keep a reliable cadence live.

• Analyze and optimize. Track engagement, reach, and follower growth; read the analytics; and use what you learn to sharpen content and posting strategy.

• Grow brand visibility. Build Moring's audience and awareness from an early stage, and turn attention into a following that compounds.

• Collaborate on the message. Work with the founders and marketing to keep content on-brand and aligned with how we talk to enterprise buyers.

What we're looking for

You don't need to check every box. We care most about a creative eye, hands-on production ability, and a data-driven instinct for what works.

• 2–5 years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally with some B2B or tech exposure.

• Hands-on video and content production — you can script, shoot, and edit short-form video and design visual posts yourself (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar).

• A strong creative instinct — you know what makes content stop the scroll and can make dry topics genuinely engaging.

• Fluency with Facebook and Instagram formats, trends, and publishing/scheduling tools.

• Analytics skills — comfortable reading engagement and growth metrics and turning them into decisions.

• Strong written English and a good sense of brand voice and storytelling.

• A self-starter's ownership — you can run the channel independently and ship consistently.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing a B2B, SaaS, or technical product.

• Motion graphics, design, or short-form editing chops beyond the basics.

• Familiarity with and YouTube as secondary channels.

• Interest in AI and enterprise technology.
