Role Description The Branch Incharge role at Xpressbees is a full-time, on-site position based in Ramanagara. The Branch Incharge oversees daily branch operations, including shipment processing, route planning, last-mile delivery coordination, and adherence to service-level timelines. The role involves managing and guiding branch staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Branch Incharge is responsible for inventory and warehouse oversight at the branch level, maintaining accurate documentation, and optimizing resource utilization. This position also requires regular interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues, drive customer satisfaction, and support continuous improvement in branch efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications

• Operational management skills, including branch administration, logistics coordination, and basic understanding of warehousing and inventory processes.
• People management capabilities, such as team supervision, shift planning, performance monitoring, and coaching frontline staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, and to handle escalations professionally.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for tracking key metrics, identifying operational issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• Comfort with technology and digital tools, including use of logistics software, handheld devices, and standard office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines and performance targets.
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or branch-level role.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of local geography around Ramanagara and surrounding areas is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as per operational requirements and maintain high standards of integrity and professional conduct.
