About the Role The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will play a crucial role in providing executive and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. Responsibilities Manage MD’s calendar, travel, and communications Draft/manage correspondence, reports, and presentations Maintain confidential records and smooth office operations Liaise with vendors/agencies for site events Coordinate logistics, permissions, and arrangements Ensure timely execution and post-event reporting Follow up on tasks assigned by MD Track progress, escalate delays, ensure alignment Act as communication bridge between MD and department heads Schedule/organize meetings Capture accurate MoM with clear action points Monitor follow-ups and ensure closure Qualifications Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM preferred) Experience: 3–5 years in Real Estate with department coordination exposure Required Skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent written & verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills Tech-savvy (iPhone/MacBook calendars, reminders, screen sharing, editing) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality Presentable, professional demeanor; comfortable attending events & site visits Preferred Skills Professional, discreet, proactive, strong organizational skills
