Responsibilities:

The VP, Enterprise Architecture Operations & Governance is responsible for operating the Enterprise Architecture function, managing ARC processes, validating incoming requests, maintaining governance workflows, producing metrics and reporting, and ensuring adherence to established service levels and operating procedures.

The role serves as the operational backbone of the EA organization and ensures governance activities are efficient, measurable, and scalable.

The role exists to:

• Operate the Architecture Review Council process.

• Manage EA intake, demand management, and request validation.

• Maintain architecture governance workflows and documentation.

• Produce EA metrics, reporting, dashboards, and executive insights.

Required Experience:

• Experience operating governance, IT GRC, architecture operations, or technology management functions in Financial institution, with 14+ years of experience.

• Strong program management and reporting background.

• Experience building executive dashboards and governance metrics.

• Familiarity with architecture governance and enterprise processes.

• Highly organized and process-oriented.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple governance workstreams simultaneously.
