We're looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about Business Development, Inside Sales, Education Counselling, B2C Sales, and Customer Success to help drive our next phase of growth. If rapid career progression, ownership, and continuous learning excite you, we'd love to meet you.


As a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales), you'll play a key role in driving student admissions, customer acquisition, lead conversion, and revenue growth. You'll contribute to our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, help expand our learner community, and support the launch and growth of new experiential centers while delivering an exceptional counselling experience.


This is an entrepreneurial role where you'll work directly with experienced founders while accelerating your career in the SkillTech ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective learners through phone calls, video consultations, WhatsApp, and walk-in interactions.
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable Fashion Designing and Make-up Artistry programs.
  • Convert qualified leads into enrollments while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations and deliver an outstanding learner experience.
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to enrollment using CRM.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to improve customer experience and lead conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and daily activity updates.
  • Contribute towards business expansion and revenue growth.


Who We're Looking For

  • 1-2 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Education Sales, Academic Counselling, Customer Success, Lead Generation, or B2C Sales.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Passionate about Education, Skill Development, Career Counselling, and helping learners achieve their goals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • 3.6 - 4.5LPA (Fixed) + 1-2LPA (Variable).
  • Your next Appraisal will be in a really short period considering this is a core team position we are hiring for. (4-10 Months).
