Site Manager

Job description:

• Manage and coordinate all field engineering activities at the coal-based thermal power plant site.
• Lead site engineers and ensure timely resolution of engineering and construction issues.
• Review drawings, technical queries, site changes and construction interfaces before implementation.
• Coordinate with EPC contractor, design consultants, QA/QC, planning and PMC teams.
• Monitor construction progress against approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Identify engineering bottlenecks, recommend corrective actions and escalate critical issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, quality and safety requirements.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain engineering records, reports and action trackers.
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover activities from the field engineering perspective.

Hiring Locations : We are hiring for multiple project locations across India. The positions will be based at the respective project sites listed below:

1. Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)
2. Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)
3. Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)
4. Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)
5. Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)
6. Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)
7. Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
8. Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
