ServiceNow IRM Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IRM/GRC implementations and a good understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ServiceNow IRM modules, including:
• Risk Management
• Policy and Compliance
• Audit Management
• Issue Management
• Develop and configure workflows, approvals, notifications, forms, and business rules.
• Work with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Support data migration and data loading activities.
• Manage users, roles, update sets, deployments, and release activities.
• Develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Support testing, deployment, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Participate in end-to-end IRM/GRC implementation projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of overall ServiceNow experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
• Experience with at least one end-to-end IRM/GRC implementation.
• Strong understanding of Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Issue Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Flow Designer
• Workflows
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Reports and Dashboards
• Data Migration/Data Load
• Update Sets
• Release Management
• User and Role Management
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow IRM data model and OOTB capabilities.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with TPRM/Third Party Risk Management or VRM/Vendor Risk Management.
• Exposure to Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Experience with OOTB IRM implementations.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or IRM certification.

Business Analyst – IRM/GRC Exposure

Candidates with a Business Analyst background and strong ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience may also be considered. Experience in risk, compliance, audit, or operational resilience processes will be an added advantage.
