Business Development Manager

Addinfi Digitech is a performance marketing & SEO agency (Google Partner & Google Marketing This is not a lead-gen or SDR role. You'll own the full new-business motion: outbound, pitch, and close. What you'll do - Own outbound to US and Australian prospects — cold email, LinkedIn, and calls - Run discovery calls, build proposals, and close retainer and white-label deals - Build and manage the sales pipeline end to end (CRM hygiene, follow-ups, forecasting) - Work directly with the founder on positioning, offers, and target accounts - Represent Addinfi's SEO and paid media services credibly to prospects What you must bring - Prior BD/sales experience *inside a digital marketing or creative agency* (non-negotiable) - A track record of onboarding clients from the US and/or Australia - Comfort selling SEO, Google Ads, and performance marketing retainers - Fluent, confident written and spoken English suited to Western markets - Willingness to work overlapping hours with US/AU time zones - Self-driven — you don't need to be chased to do outreach Nice to have - Existing network or contacts in US/AU agency or SMB space - Experience with white-label / agency-to-agency partnerships - Familiarity with cold outreach tooling (Instantly, Apollo, etc.) and CRMs What we offer - Competitive fixed base + uncapped commission on closed deals - A credentialed, established agency (since 2016) with proven delivery - Remote-friendly Based in or open to India-hours overlap with US/AU.
