Job Description – Sales Manager

Location: Surat

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 + Bonus + Incentives

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with experience in the BFSI sector to drive business development through field sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, basic knowledge of equity markets, and experience in client acquisition and relationship building.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the BFSI sector to drive business growth through field sales, client acquisition, and relationship building with HNI/UHNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business through field sales and client meetings.
• Acquire and develop relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.
• Sell Equity Products and generate revenue through cross-selling.
• Conduct regular field visits and client presentations.
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in BFSI sales.
• Candidates from CASA, Insurance, Wealth Management, Broking, or similar BFSI backgrounds can apply.
• Field sales experience is mandatory; candidates with only in-office sales experience will not be considered.
• Basic understanding of the Equity Market and Equity Products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
• Comfortable interacting with HNI/UHNI clients.
• Candidates must be based in Surat.
• Candidates with more than 2 years of experience will not be considered.

Selection Process

Candidates may be asked to present a given topic during the interview. Communication, presentation ability, confidence, and overall suitability for client-facing sales will be evaluated.
