• Crafts key messages for external use, including press materials, articles, and social media content. Tailors content for specific external audiences under the oversight of senior professionals

• Handles media requests and maintains relationships with key media contacts

• Leads the execution of communication campaigns and public events from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and messaging

• Contributes to crisis communication planning and response, supporting senior team members in managing external issues while maintaining a consistent message.

• Evaluates the effectiveness of external communications efforts, reports on media coverage and campaign performance, and suggests improvements based on data insights

• Works closely with internal teams (e.g., governmental & public affairs, marketing, legal) to ensure alignment on external communications. Provide updates on campaign status and media activities
