About the role

We're hiring a hands-on Growth Funnel Specialist who owns the full chain from ad spend to paid booking: run the campaigns, find the leak, name the cause with numbers, fix it or route it. You'll work in the marketing team reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, alongside the founders' growth agenda.

What you'll do

• Run and optimise Meta (leadgen) and Google Ads campaigns day-to-day — budgets, audiences, creatives, bids
• - Own funnel economics: CAC, cost-per-qualified-lead, ROAS and stage-conversion, cut by city x channel — build the sheets yourself, keep them live
• - Creative-level analysis: which ad produces the cheapest PAID customer, not the cheapest lead
• - Diagnose funnel drops end-to-end: geo targeting leaks vs weak checkout vs lead quality — with data, not opinion
• - Work daily with sales and founders' office on lead quality and pacing

Must-haves

• 1-3 years hands-on performance marketing in D2C / consumer services (startup or lean agency)
• - Operator-level Meta Ads Manager AND Google Ads — both, not one
• - Strong funnel math + advanced Google Sheets/Excel; basic SQL or GA4/analytics tooling a plus
• - Diagnostic instinct — you answer "why did CAC spike?" with a decomposition, not a media plan
• - Full-time in-office, Gurgaon — non-negotiable

Nice-to-haves

• Landing page / CRO experience
• - Lead-quality feedback loops (CAPI, offline conversions)
• - Services-business or local-market growth background
