Creative Director

Whizbang! is a creative agency focused on brand video production and social media. Your role with us would be to lead our creative for brand films, performance ads, reels, UGC, and social content. Think conceptually, direct execution, and stay hands-on with production.

What You’ll Own:

1. Concept Development: Original ideas, hooks, narratives from briefs. Understand what works across ads + social.

2. Creative Direction: Set the vision. Guide writers, designers, editors, DOPs, directors. Maintain quality.

3. Storyboarding: Convert scripts to shot-by-shot boards. Clear visual direction for shoots.

4. Project Management: Handle multiple projects: brief → concept → script → production → edit → delivery.

5. Production Knowledge: Cameras, lighting, framing, editing, pacing, color. Know what’s feasible on set.

6. Scripting: Strong writing or ability to direct writers. Expert in hooks, retention, storytelling.

7. Leadership: Mentor juniors, delegate, build creative culture, own final output.

8. Client Handling: Pitch ideas, explain strategy, handle feedback, join new-business pitches.

Requirements:

- Strong portfolio in brand films, ads, social content

- Excellent communication, leadership & presentation skills

- Hands-on in video production workflow

- Must be based in Mumbai for mandatory on-ground shoots days.

Job Details:

- Work Model: Hybrid - Mostly Work From Home + On-shoot presence on shoot days .

- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

- Salary: ₹40,000/month

- Type: Full-time
