HR Incharge

Job description:

• Manage HR and personnel administration for the PMC project team at site.
• Coordinate recruitment, mobilization, onboarding, deployment and demobilization of project personnel.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs and personnel documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
• Coordinate employee welfare, accommodation, transportation, medical and other site facilities.
• Support manpower planning, workforce reporting and preparation of HR/MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Head Office on manpower requirements, transfers and employee-related matters.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and day-to-day HR issues.
• Maintain proper records for statutory compliance, insurance and personnel documentation.

Hiring Locations : We are hiring for multiple project locations across India. The positions will be based at the respective project sites listed below:

1. Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpaainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)
2. Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)
3. Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)
4. Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)
5. Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)
6. Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)
7. Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
8. Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
