NOC Engineer (Remote - India)

As a NOC Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure and applications. You will monitor systems, respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations. Accountabilities

• Monitor and support production systems and applications using diagnostic and monitoring tools.
• Perform first-level analysis of issues, track alerts, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve problems efficiently.
• Manage batch jobs, troubleshoot failures, and assess impact on production schedules.
• Escalate and coordinate with support groups, service owners, vendors, and third-party providers to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Work proactively with application, system, database, and network teams to optimize performance and improve operational workflows.
• Maintain and update system documentation, run-books, and knowledge base articles.
• Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and reporting.
