Job description

1. Federman

  • Operate the feeder section of printing/press machines.
  • Load paper sheets, cartons, boards, and other packaging materials.
  • Set and adjust the feeder according to material size and machine requirements.
  • Ensure smooth and accurate material feeding without jamming or misalignment.
  • Monitor machine performance and resolve basic feeding issues.
  • Maintain production quality and output.
  • Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance.
  • Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines.

2. Lamination Machine Operator

  • Operate lamination machines for paper, sheets, cartons, and boards.
  • Load and position materials correctly.
  • Set machine temperature, speed, pressure, and other parameters.
  • Monitor the lamination process and maintain uniform quality.
  • Inspect finished sheets for bubbles, wrinkles, peeling, and alignment issues.
  • Troubleshoot basic machine-related problems.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
  • Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.

3. Punching Machine Operator

  • Operate punching machines for paper, cartons, sheets, and boards.
  • Load and position materials properly.
  • Set and adjust the machine according to job requirements.
  • Ensure accurate punching, cutting, and alignment.
  • Monitor machine performance during production.
  • Inspect finished materials for size, shape, alignment, and quality.
  • Handle basic operational issues and report major problems to the supervisor.
  • Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance.
  • Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines.
