Senior Brand & Motion Designer

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Brand & Motion Designer to help shape the visual identity of Gemba Concepts. Ability to convert technical, operational or manufacturing concepts into simple, engaging and user-centric visual communication. This role goes beyond designing social media creatives. You will be responsible for translating complex manufacturing and operational concepts into compelling visual stories across digital, print and motion formats. You should be able to think conceptually, visualize ideas, and create designs that are clean, modern and aligned with a premium B2B consulting brand. You will work closely with the marketing team, leadership and consultants to build a strong and consistent visual language for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the visual identity and design language of the Gemba brand across all marketing touchpoints.

● Conceptualize and design high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, presentations, whitepapers, reports, websites and sales enablement assets.

● Create engaging social media creatives aligned with the brand's positioning.

● Develop motion graphics, animated explainers and short-form videos for digital platforms.

● Plan and execute stop-motion videos, product showcases and creative visual storytelling.

● Convert complex manufacturing, operations and technology concepts into simple, impactful visual narratives.

● Collaborate with marketing to visualize campaigns, launches and thought leadership content.

● Build creative concepts, mood boards, storyboards and campaign directions before execution.

● Ensure consistency across all brand assets and maintain design standards.

● Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered creative tools and emerging visual storytelling techniques.

Required Skills :

● Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual storytelling and marketing communication.

● Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

● Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout and information hierarchy.

● Experience in motion graphics and animation.

● Experience creating stop-motion videos and product-focused visual content.

● Ability to visualize ideas from a brief and convert them into compelling creative concepts.

● Experience designing for digital, print and presentation formats.

● Strong understanding of brand systems and visual identity.

● Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, content and business stakeholders.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have:

● Experience working with B2B brands, consulting firms or manufacturing companies.

● Experience creating infographics, data visualizations and executive reports.

● Working knowledge of Figma.

● Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT and other visual AI tools.

● Photography or videography skills
