The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, itinerary planning skills, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into successful bookings. Key Responsibilities - Handle complete holiday package sales (Lead to Closure) - Design and customize travel itineraries as per customer requirements - Manage international and domestic holiday bookings - Provide destination guidance and travel solutions to clients - Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management Required Destination Knowledge Europe, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Dubai, Malaysia, Bali, Vietnam, South Africa, USA and other major destinations.
