About the Role

As a Senior Consultant in the Estates luxury vertical, you won't be selling square feet. You'll be guiding high-stakes decisions, building trust with clients who've seen everything, and closing deals that most people in sales never touch.

This is a hunting role with a relationship wrapper. You need both.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients across Bangalore's premium residential corridors
• Conduct site visits, developer meetings, and private client presentations — always in business formals, always prepared
• Build and activate a personal network of HNI referrals, CA connects, banker relationships, and wealth manager tie-ups
• Work closely with inside sales to qualify leads and move them through the funnel efficiently
• Maintain an active presence to establish credibility in the luxury segment
• Hit monthly and quarterly Net Sales value targets with full accountability for your pipeline

Who You Are

• 3–7 years in luxury/premium real estate, private banking, wealth management, insurance (HNI segment), or any high-ticket B2C or B2B sales
• You have actual HNI relationships — not just a list, but people who pick up your call
• Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals (₹1Cr+ transaction value preferred)
• Comfortable in boardrooms, client homes, show apartments, and developer walk-throughs alike
• Polished, articulate, and presentable — you represent a premium brand in every room
• Self-driven, not process-dependent; you know how to hunt and how to nurture
• Active on and understand personal branding as a sales tool
