About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive / Front of House Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you enjoy interacting with people, creating memorable experiences, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Because BarFind travels between cities, this role is best suited to someone who's genuinely excited about relocating city to city with us, starting in Mumbai, then Bangalore, then onward. Think of it as a hospitality career with a side of travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest waitlists
• Handle walk-in guests and ensure smooth guest flow during busy hours
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to provide a seamless dining experience
• Address guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Ensure every guest has a positive and memorable experience
• Be ready to travel and set up guest relations operations as BarFind moves to new cities

Who We're Looking For

• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
• Open to relocating/travelling between cities (starting Mumbai → Bangalore → onward)
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge; experience with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Experience

Freshers are welcome! Candidates with 1+ years of experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply:

Qualification

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass
• Hotel Management graduates or hospitality students are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

• 8-9 hour shifts
• 6-day work week, one weekly off
• Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
