The team also provides prehab and rehab support, along with customized nutrition plans to complement physical training. Role Description The Physiotherapy Manager Homecare will oversee and deliver physiotherapy services for seniors receiving home-based care, ensuring high-quality, individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include assessing clients' functional status, designing and supervising mobility, strength, balance, and rehab programs, and coordinating closely with trainers to align physiotherapy goals with overall fitness plans. The role involves managing a small team of therapists or trainers, setting clinical standards, monitoring outcomes, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Physiotherapy Manager Homecare will collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders to support continuity of care and client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular travel to client homes within the service area.

Qualifications

• Relevant clinical background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from an accredited institution.
• Experience of at least 5 years in Physiotherapy. Homecare experience preferred
• Proven experience in geriatric physiotherapy, rehab, or homecare services, with strong skills in mobility, strength, balance, and injury prevention programs.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs, including prehab and rehab support.
• Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with seniors, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring staff and maintaining clinical standards.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle home visits, documentation, and coordination across multiple clients.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting; familiarity with telehealth practices is an advantage.
• Commitment to ethical, person-centered care and sensitivity to the physical and emotional needs of older adults.
• Professional certifications or additional training in geriatric care, rehabilitation, or falls prevention are beneficial.
