Role: Project Architect

Salary Range – 4.75 – 6.5 Lacs P.A.

Job description

Role and Responsibilities

· Lead architectural design and project execution from concept to completion.

· Prepare and review architectural, working, and construction drawings.

· Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape consultants, and contractors.

· Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and design compliance.

· Ensure adherence to building codes, approvals, and project timelines.

· Review materials, shop drawings, and construction details.

· Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).

· 5+ years of experience in residential or hospitality projects.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.

· Strong knowledge of construction detailing, building regulations, and site execution.

· Excellent project coordination and communication skills.

· Experience with luxury villas or premium residential developments is preferred.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

Education

UG: B.Arch. in Architecture
