Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Interior Designer / Junior Architect / 3D Designer. The role involves participating in concept development, space planning, and interior design for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design layouts, construction drawings, and 3D visualizations; selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E; and coordinating with senior designers, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. The professional will support site visits, measurements, and reviews, assist in client presentations and design documentation, and contribute to remodeling and renovation projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetically coherent layouts.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills, including proficiency in preparing detailed plans, sections, and elevations for project execution.
- Candidates should possess FF&E skills, including selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes aligned with project concepts and budgets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with proficiency in design and 3D visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar).
- Strong visual, conceptual, and technical design abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and manage timelines.
- Prior experience in commercial, office, or residential design projects, familiarity with local building codes and construction practices in Bengaluru, and willingness to conduct regular site visits.
