7+ Years - Senior Project Manager
Location: Remote in India
Role Overview
The Project Manager owns planning, execution, dependencies, resources, risks, reporting, and readiness for assigned workstreams within the transformation. The role coordinates business, Salesforce, OmniStudio, clean-energy, integration, data, testing, security, change, and release activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain workstream plans, milestones, dependencies, critical path, resource forecasts, and delivery commitments.
2. Coordinate activities involving Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Clean Energy Module, Data Cloud, SAP BTP, customer APIs, data migration, security, QA, change, and release teams.
3. Manage RAID, decisions, scope, change control, deliverables, quality, capacity, and escalation within the assigned scope.
4. Facilitate planning, status, dependency, readiness, defect, release, and stakeholder meetings.
5. Track test cycles, migration rehearsals, environments, releases, cutover tasks, hypercare, and transition to support.
6. Provide concise, decision-oriented status reporting and ensure owners, dates, impacts, and next actions are clear.
7. Partner with business, architecture, product, engineering, QA, change, vendors, and client leadership.
8. Use client-provided or client-approved AI acceleration tools when appropriate for analysis, requirements, design, development, documentation, testing, and defect resolution. Independently validate all AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, maintainability, privacy, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
1. 8+ years of enterprise project management experience, including senior-level ownership of a major workstream within a complex technology or business transformation.
2. Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery, planning, dependencies, RAID, scope, financials, quality, testing, release, cutover, and measurable delivery commitments.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interdependent technical and business activities, maintain critical-path visibility, and escalate risks and decisions early.
4. Ability to coordinate onshore and offshore teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and delivery leads across complex workstreams.
5. Strong facilitation, stakeholder communication, negotiation, escalation, and concise decision-oriented status-reporting skills.
6. Experience using enterprise planning and collaboration tools and maintaining disciplined project documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Salesforce, CRM, CIS, or other enterprise platform implementation experience.
2. Utility, regulated-industry, customer information system, or clean-energy program experience.
3. PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable delivery credentials; greenfield implementation, data migration, or legacy-system retirement experience is also valued.
