Position: Junior Sales Executive

Location: Major Metro and Tier-1 cities across India with good connectivity.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to follow up on customer accounts generated by the Marketing team and drive them through the sales pipeline to successful closure. The role involves building customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

· Follow up on leads assigned by the Sales Managers to progress such accounts to next stages.

· Conduct product demonstrations as required.

· Discuss techno-commercial proposals with end users and advance them to decision makers.

· Facilitate commercial negotiations, acquire contracts, coordinate installations, own collections.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Business administration/Sciences/Engineering/Clinical/Para-Clinical.

· 1–3 years of sales experience. Freshers and those with more than 3 years’ experience please don’t apply for this position.

· Candidates with Capital medical equipment sales background will be preferred.(not pharma, not consumables, not devices)

· Strong communication (Spoken and written in English and Indian Languages), interpersonal, negotiation skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
