Laboratory Assistant Trainee

Job Overview: Our client is a leading manufacturer of Lead Acid industrial energy batteries, supplying to sectors such as railways, solar energy, electric vehicles (EVs), and industrial applications. The company specializes in high-quality batteries and electrical storage systems that support critical infrastructure across India. The Laboratory Assistant Trainee will support Quality Control and R&D functions by assisting with product testing, inspections, quality system activities, and new product development. Job Responsibilities Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection activities in the QC department. Conduct final product testing as per quality standards. Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 procedures and documentation. Support R&D activities related to new product design, development, and testing. Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation. Follow laboratory safety and quality standards. Job Requirements: B.Sc. in Chemistry or Physics. Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of laboratory testing and quality control processes. Understanding of scientific testing methods and documentation. Good analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preference for candidates residing near Kundaim, Ponda, Old Goa, or nearby areas. Work Timings and Stipend: - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM - A stipend of ₹15,000 per month for the first 6 months. Job Location: Kundaim Industrial Estate, Goa
