Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gymnastics Coach role based in New Delhi. The Gymnastics Coach will plan and lead gymnastics and tumbling sessions for learners at various skill levels, ensuring safe technique and progressive skill development. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing training programs, demonstrating exercises, supervising practice, and providing individualized feedback and corrections. The coach will monitor participant progress, maintain a safe training environment, and communicate regularly with participants and stakeholders about goals, achievements, and areas for improvement. The role also involves fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports confidence, discipline, and long-term athletic growth.
