Job Summary

Global Talent Square (A 2COMS Group Company) is hiring Field Recruiters to support large-scale recruitment activities across various industries. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, field hiring, or talent acquisition, possess excellent networking skills, and be willing to travel locally. Candidates with GCC/Gulf recruitment experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and mobilize candidates for multiple hiring requirements.
  
• Visit client locations, dealer networks, business partners, and sourcing centers to support recruitment activities.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, Engineering Colleges, Skill Development Centers, NGOs, Training Institutes, and other candidate sourcing channels.
  
• Conduct field recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, campus hiring, and job fairs.
  
• Generate candidate referrals through local networking and community outreach.
  
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams and hiring managers to achieve hiring targets.
  

Salary: INR 7LPA

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
  
• Preferred Male Candidate.
  
• 1–6 years of experience in Recruitment, Field Hiring, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing.
  
• Candidates with GCC/Gulf recruitment experience will be mandatory.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.
  
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  
• Male candidates are preferred.
