🚀 We're Hiring: Program Manager – Startup Ecosystem | SanchiConnect (Flexible Location)

SanchiConnect is looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead and scale the programs that sit at the heart of everything we do for founders. If you've spent 6+ years in the startup ecosystem — running accelerator cohorts, building incubation programs, or managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships — this is your next big move.

What you'll own:

• End-to-end design and delivery of startup programs - from cohort structuring and curriculum to demo days and graduation, owned start to finish, not just executed.
• Relationships across the ecosystem - mentors, investors, corporates, and government/institutional partners - keeping every stakeholder aligned and engaged.
• The founder experience - making sure every startup in our programs gets real, measurable value and walks away stronger than they came in.
• Building from scratch - you'll have the autonomy to design new program formats, improve what exists, and shape how SanchiConnect scales its impact.

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years managing programs, ideally within a startup ecosystem — accelerators, incubators, venture platforms, or similar.
• A track record of owning programs independently, not just supporting them.
• Strong stakeholder management — comfortable in the same week talking to a first-time founder and a seasoned investor.
• Someone who thrives on ambiguity and wants to build, not just maintain.
