Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate role in International Tax and Transfer Pricing based in Mumbai. The role involves preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, international tax reports, and related compliance filings. Responsibilities include conducting research on tax laws and regulations, analyzing financial data and intercompany transactions, and supporting the development of tax-efficient structures in line with statutory requirements. The Associate will coordinate with senior team members on client engagements, prepare working papers and reports. The role also includes maintaining organized records, meeting deadlines, and participating in internal knowledge-building initiatives. The incumbent shall also conduct valuation assignment

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresh Chartered Accountant(CA) or CA with 1/2 years of experience - This is must
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Tax and Tax Law, particularly in international taxation and transfer pricing.
• Hands-on experience or internship exposure in Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation for corporate or international clients.
• Solid foundation in Finance, including financial statement analysis and understanding of pricing and profitability drivers.
• Ability to interpret regulations and guidelines, with strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with tax and accounting software is an advantage.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings in an organized and concise manner.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
