Job Title : Hardware Functional Safety (FuSa) Engineer

Location : Chennai / Bangalore

Experience : 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead hardware functional safety activities , ensuring compliance with ISO 26262 standards.
• Develop and manage safety requirements , safety concepts , and associated documentation.
• Derive Hardware Safety Requirements (HSRs) from Technical Safety Requirements (TSRs) and perform safety metric calculations .
• Conduct safety analyses including FMEA , FTA , and FMEDA .
• Perform schematic reviews , reliability predictions , datasheet evaluations , safety manual reviews , and component selection .
• Deliver functional safety work products for hardware up to ASIL-C level.
• Utilize MEDINI for safety metric calculations and documentation.
• Mentor and guide project teams on functional safety practices in automotive hardware development.
