Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DGM – Liquid Oral Manufacturing to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for liquid oral products. The role will be responsible for production, GMP compliance, technology transfer, process optimization, operational excellence, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end liquid oral manufacturing operations, including dispensing, syrup preparation, compounding, filling, and packing.

• Ensure compliance with GMP/cGMP, SOPs, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Drive production planning, capacity utilization, productivity, yield, and operational efficiency.

• Lead technology transfer, scale-up, commercialization, and process validation activities.

• Drive process optimization, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D, Engineering, Regulatory, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.

• Review and manage batch records, SOPs, deviations, CAPA, and change controls.

• Ensure effective investigation and closure of manufacturing-related deviations, OOS/OOT, and quality issues.

• Monitor key manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, yield, productivity, rejection, downtime, and batch cycle time.

• Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing teams while ensuring effective manpower planning and training.

• Support regulatory inspections and customer audits related to manufacturing.

• Maintain high standards of EHS, housekeeping, compliance, and manufacturing excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or relevant technical qualification.

• 18–25 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

• Strong experience in Liquid Oral Manufacturing is preferred.

• Hands-on experience in syrup preparation, compounding, filling, and packaging operations.

• Strong knowledge of GMP/cGMP, validation, technology transfer, scale-up, and commercialization.

• Proven experience in manufacturing leadership and team management.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination skills.
