Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS) to lead the design and implementation of Reconciliation & Matching solutions across financial and operational domains and should be able to collaborate with finance and IT teams to streamline reconciliation processes ensure compliance and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive account reconciliation (Oracle ARCS) solution
• Configure reconciliation profiles formats match types Reconciliation rules and workflows
• Implement workflow automation aging rules and structured reconciliation timelines to support accurate and timely financial close
• Manage data integration from various source system using Data Exchange for both Balance and Transaction
• Configure matching profiles and match types to enable auto-match rules and manage exceptions for transaction reconciliation
• Manage and execute unit integration and user acceptance testing phases to ensure smooth deployment and timely issue resolution
• Develop comprehensive functional documentation and training materials; facilitate hands-on workshops for end users
• Conduct training sessions prepare documentation and provide ongoing support to end users.
