About the Role

As the  Program Lead , you will anchor the translation of Siddhim's vision into daily practice. You'll co-create the school's curriculum, lead teacher training and recruitment, guide parent outreach, and help build a learning community grounded in presence and purpose.

This is a  leadership role  ideal for educators who thrive in collaborative, value-driven environments and are ready to shape a pioneering model of education in India.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement a transdisciplinary, value-integrated curriculum aligned with NCF 2023

Lead teacher training, workshops, and ongoing professional development

Collaborate with the Principal on teacher recruitment and mentoring

Guide families through school orientation and philosophy communication

Represent Siddhim in educational networks and community engagement initiatives

Build a reflective, collaborative learning culture across the school

• Strong facilitation and mentoring skills
