We are seeking experienced Branch Managers and Assistant Branch Managers for our pharmacy retail stores across India. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in pharmacy operations and retail management, with the ability to lead a team and ensure the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy retail store to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage staff performance, providing training and development opportunities.
• Implement and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and pharmacy policies.
• Control inventory levels and manage ordering processes to maintain stock availability.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and supply chain management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field (for Branch Manager position).
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations in India.
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the pharmacy sector (5-10 years for Branch Managers; 2-5 years for Assistant Branch Managers).
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to enhance store performance.
• Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting software.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
