Assistant Manager Chartered Accountant

About the Role:

We are looking for a Assistant Manager - Chartered Accountant to support financial operations, planning, and management in a fast-growing aerospace manufacturing setup. This role is ideal for individuals who want hands-on exposure to finance in a scaling organization and work closely with leadership on business-critical financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  
• Manage payroll processing and compliance using Zoho Payroll, including salary disbursement, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and payroll record management.
  
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  
• Monitor and track budgets, costs, and financial performance against targets.
  
• Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and financial regulations.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for cost tracking, procurement, and expense management.
  
• Assist in cash flow management and working capital planning.
  
• Support internal and external audits, including documentation and reporting.
  
• Contribute to process improvements and financial controls in an early-stage setup.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Required:

• Chartered Accountant (CA).
  
• 4-5 years of Experience.
  
• Exposure to budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting, and reporting.
  

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup.
  
• Exposure to early-stage or growing organizations.
  
• Familiarity with ERP systems / financial software.
