We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our Marketing team. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, enjoy transforming ideas into impactful visuals, and stay ahead of design and social media trends, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll create compelling marketing assets while supporting social media publishing and collaborating with the Content, SEO, and Marketing teams to strengthen the vCommission brand across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, presentations, sales collateral, case studies, webinars, PR activities, and events.
  
• Create banners, infographics, brochures, standees, booth creatives, digital advertisements, and other branding assets while maintaining brand consistency.
  
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms according to the marketing calendar.
  
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, and Marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
  
• Ensure consistent visual identity across all internal and external communication channels.
  
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and social media best practices.
  
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
  
• Suggest innovative design concepts that improve engagement and brand recall.
  
• Maintain and organize creative assets for future marketing initiatives.
  
• Support event branding, campaign launches, webinars, and promotional activities.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
  
• 3–4 years of experience in Graphic Design or Creative Design.
  
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
  
• Experience designing creatives for social media, websites, email marketing, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  
• Strong understanding of platform-specific creative formats for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
  
• Experience scheduling and publishing content on social media platforms.
  
• Excellent typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling skills.
  
• Ability to independently conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
  
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and project management skills.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing creatives is mandatory.
