School Outreach & Partnership Manager

We’re Hiring: School Partnerships & Outreach Manager Location : Delhi NCR ONLY | Full-Time | Hybrid + Field-Based About Us : EduCare Taiwan helps Indian students discover and secure admissions and scholarships at leading universities in Taiwan. EduCare Taiwan is on a mission to open global education pathways for Indian students—and we’re looking for a driven, high-impact professional to lead our school outreach efforts across the Delhi NCR region. Know more about us at educaretaiwan.Com About the Role : You will be the face of EduCare Taiwan within the school ecosystem—building relationships with principals, school coordinators, counselors, teachers, students, parents, and external partners. Your job will be to identify the right opportunities and turn relationships into seminars, webinars, counseling sessions, student interactions, and ultimately student recruitment. This is a high ownership, relationship driven and field oriented role for someone who enjoys meeting people, influencing decisions, creating partnerships, and delivering measurable results. Who We’re Looking For : - 2+ years of experience in school outreach / school partnerships / school admissions, counseling, education consulting, or a similar role. - Excellent communication, presentation, relationship building, and persuasion skills. - Highly proactive, able to work independently and take ownership from identifying an opportunity to executing it. - Comfortable with frequent travel, meetings, networking, and fieldwork. - Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR school ecosystem and how principals, coordinators, counselors, and student activities function. What You’ll Do : - Represent EduCare Taiwan professionally in front of school leadership, students, parents, and educators. - Build and manage strong relationships with schools, principals, coordinators, counselors, and other key decision makers across Delhi NCR. - Identify and secure opportunities for seminars, webinars, career sessions. - Track outreach, partnerships, activities, and results against defined targets.
