Role Description The Business Services Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai and Vadodara, supporting Australian accounting firms with high-quality compliance and advisory services.

Experience: 2 – 5 Years (Mandatory Australian Accounting & Taxation)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter)

What You’ll Do:

· Prepare and finalize Financial Statements

· Prepare BAS, IAS and Individual/Company/Trust Tax Returns

· Review reconciliations and identify discrepancies

· Ensure compliance with AASB and ATO requirements

· Communicate with clients regarding routine accounting matters

· Troubleshoot accounting and software issues

· Complete jobs within agreed timelines

· Maintain high quality and productivity standards

· Support Junior Accountants through knowledge sharing

· Work as an Individual Contributor while managing multiple client portfolios
