Role Overview:

As the Head of Student Admissions for UK programs, you will spearhead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our university. You will lead a high-performing team to manage the funnel from initial lead generation to final enrollment, ensuring that our conversion metrics align with the aggressive growth targets of our clients. This role requires close collaboration with university stakeholders in the UK and local marketing teams in Mumbai to refine recruitment strategies, optimize the applicant experience, and maintain high standards of compliance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive student recruitment strategies to meet annual enrollment targets for both undergraduate and postgraduate UK programs.

- Oversee the entire admissions pipeline, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing lead generation and final student conversion.

- Manage relationships with key university stakeholders to ensure alignment on admission criteria, scholarship programs, and market-specific requirements.

- Implement data-driven marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and attract high-intent applicants from the South Asian market.

- Optimize CRM workflows to track applicant progress, identify bottlenecks in the admissions process, and improve overall conversion rates.

- Lead and mentor a diverse team of admissions counselors and marketing professionals to foster a culture of high performance and student-centric service.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights that inform our long-term recruitment strategy.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to manage large-scale student recruitment operations with a focus on achieving measurable growth in international education markets.

- Expertise in leveraging CRM platforms to manage complex sales funnels, track lead quality, and generate performance reports for senior management.

- Strong leadership capabilities to manage, motivate, and scale teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for navigating relationships with international university partners and diverse student demographics.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market data into effective marketing and admissions campaigns.

- Deep understanding of the UK higher education landscape, including visa regulations, application processes, and student mobility trends.

- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of professional experience in the education sector, specifically within international marketing and admissions management.

- Ability to work effectively in a professional office environment in Mumbai, maintaining high levels of coordination with global teams.
