About GiLo: At GiLo, we are building India’s first Low GI staples brand focused on improving everyday food without changing eating habits. We are backed by a well-known global celebrity as a co-founder, who is actively involved in building the brand and business. We are in the early stage of building the company across sourcing, product, supply chain, and distribution. The focus is on building strong fundamentals and executing consistently in a fast-moving setup.

Working Model: On-site

Location: Mumbai, Goregaon

Work Week: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 12pm - 8pm

Budget: 5-7 LPA (depending on experience & role fit)

About the Role: Every brand says "customer first." Almost none have a single person who wakes up owning the customer relationship. We will. That's you.

You're not a support agent. You're not a telecaller. You're the voice people hear when they message us on WhatsApp, comment on our Instagram, DM us on LinkedIn, or reply to our emails. You'll answer questions, solve problems, share recipes, remember names, and slowly turn first-time buyers into people who recommend GiLo at family dinners.

The best salespeople never feel like they're selling. That's the skill we're hiring for. If you've ever been told "you can talk to anyone" - this is that, as a career.

Key Responsibilities:

• All customer conversations : WhatsApp, calls, email, Instagram comments and DMs, LinkedIn. One inbox philosophy: every message gets a human, thoughtful reply.
• WhatsApp & email campaigns : new products, recipes, tips, launch moments. Written like a person, not a promo blast.
• The feedback engine : you'll hear things nobody else in the company hears. You'll turn that into weekly insights the founders actually act on.
• Community building : from first 100 customers to a genuine tribe: repeat buyers, reviewers, referrers, superfans.
• Ground support for activations : when we run tastings and events, you're the warmth in the room and the follow-up after it.

Requirements:

• You genuinely enjoy talking to all kinds of people - aunties, gym bros, doctors, skeptics.
• You write clearly and warmly. Your WhatsApp replies don't sound like a bot's.
• You have 2–4 years in customer success, community, hospitality, retail, or anywhere that taught you people.
• You're patient with concerns, quick with solutions, and honest when you don't know something.
• Early-stage chaos excites you. Some days you'll design a campaign; some days you'll pack a sample box.
