Role Description The Cyber Security Consultant – Sales Senior is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their security requirements and designing tailored solutions across application, network, and information security domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting security assessments, preparing and delivering technical and sales presentations, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and collaborating with internal technical teams to scope and propose cyber security services. The consultant will build and maintain client relationships, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to revenue growth by identifying opportunities in managed security, vulnerability assessment, and IT security assurance. The role also requires staying current with cyber security trends, regulations, and best practices to advise clients effectively and support strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with the ability to translate complex security concepts into clear, value-driven solutions for clients.
• Hands-on expertise in Application Security and Network Security, including secure architecture reviews, configuration best practices, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Practical experience in Vulnerability Assessment, including planning, execution, reporting, and remediation guidance across infrastructure and applications.
• Proven background in cybersecurity pre-sales or consultative sales, with experience in solution design, proposal creation, and customer presentations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage multiple client engagements, and deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
