Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with target audiences. Responsibilities include managing daily social media activity, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, responding to comments and inquiries, and maintaining a professional online presence that reflects Arron’s values and services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and accurate content for diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan and align social media initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.
• Relevant skills such as basic design tools usage, familiarity with analytics platforms, and knowledge of insurance or financial services are beneficial.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and prior experience managing social media for brands.
